Given the unstable political / economic situation and the consequent inflationary effects affecting the corporate cost components, the management reserves the right to change the displayed price list at any time and to update already confirmed bookings.
Cancellation policy
We strongly recommend that you take out insurance, as there will be no exceptions to the following cancellation clauses:
- The customer pays 30% of the total cost of the reservation if he cancels up to 30 days before arrival
- The customer pays 70% of the total cost of the reservation if he cancels from 30 to 16 days before arrival
- The customer pays 90% of the total cost of the reservation if he cancels from 15 to 8 days before arrival
- The customer pays 100% of the total cost of the reservation if he cancels from 7 to 1 days before arrival
- The customer pays 100% of the total cost of the reservation if he arrives x days late or leaves x days in advance
To avoid these fees, we suggest taking out an insurance policy against travel cancellation.

Price infos and general conditions
- The prices are in euros, per room per week, for the occupation indicated
- A local tax of 2,00 € (for guests aged 12 and over) has to be added to the prices shown; just for the first 10 nights stay.
- It is forbidden to smoke in all rooms and lounges;
- We do not provide kitchen towels, detergent, sponges and pads for the dishwasher
The price includes:
- Parking space
- The use of bed linen and bath towels changed on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
- Warming to room temperature, consumption of electricity, hot and cold water;
- The final cleaning fee is included in the room rate for the return of the apartment clean and tidy as given on arrival, especially the kitchen block. Otherwise, the final cleaning is charged at a cost of € 100.00;
- During august daily use of the wellness area of the Apparthotel: sauna and whirlpool. Towels are not given
- Free Wi-Fi
- Elevator
- Bikeroom
- Garage for motorbike only during the summer
- Parking
- Dryer room for sport- and motorbike clothing

- Panoramic and sunny terrace for aperitifs and ice creams in the near Hotel Monte Cherz

- Supplement for short stay less than 4 nights +20%

- Groups from 20 people;
Arrivals and departures
- The apartments are available from 14.00 of the arrival day until 10.00 of the departure day;
- Check-in: from 15.00 until 20.00;
- Please note that Special Check-In Requests (beyond normal time table) are subject to availability and will incur the following fees:
- Between 22:00 and 24:00 Check-in fee Euro 20.-
- Between 24:00 and 02:00 Check-in fee Euro 100.-
- No check-in is made beyond that time
- Check-out: from 08.00 until 10.00;
Reservation and deposit
- Reservations are binding only after receiving the required deposit and a written confirmation from our side;
Payment procedure
- The balance has to be carried out in the Hotel's receptions in the cash opening hours: who wants can pay before the arrival by sending a credit transfer.
- As of Januray 1, 2022, payments in cash of amounts equal to or greater than € 1.000.- are no longer allowed in Italy. This sum cannot be exceed even with partial payments.
- Bancomat and Credit Card: VISA; EUROCARD and MASTERCARD are accepted.
- Diners and American Express are NOT accepted.
- Guest who pay with credit cards are asked to verify before the coverage and not at the moment of the payment.
- The remaining payment of every room has to be paid in only one solution. Separate countings are not made.
- Bank checks are NOT accepted.
- Payment by bank transfer is accepted only for confirmatory deposits and advance payments with credit the week before arrival.
- Tourist tax equal to 2.- euro, per person per night. Chldren until 11 years are exempted.
- The tax is not incuded in the price, it must be paid on the spot and in cash.
Lost objects
We do not ship lost objects. We ask our guests to organize shipping to pick up the items at their own cost.
